In addition to the above programs and services, there are support services provided by Tawkeeb for students and trainees services and satisfaction. These services are as follows:

  1. Individual consultations with trainees and students.
  2. Facilitation of the process of issuing visas in a short time.
  3. Provide ticket and transfer services from and to the airport.
  4. Coordinate the arrival of trainees to their academic institutions and enroll them in programs that have been accepted.
  5. Reception of trainees and students in the training and study premises.
  6. Provide adequate accommodation for students and trainees.
  7. Provide medical insurance program for students and trainees.
  8. Availability of daily meals.
  9. Provide transportation services from accommodation to training and study centers and return again.
  10. Workshop on safety and cultural exchange.
  11. Submit and receive documents, such as academic and training performance reports, and other documents that may be required from the competent administration of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  12. Communicate with international advisors and academics for trainees and students as needed.
  13. Provide a representative to travel with the student, from our institution to universities, training and educational institutions if necessary.
  14. Participate in professional projects to gain experience and knowledge from (engineers – experts – consultants) and open the way to communicate with them and consult with them.
  15. The possibility of field application of trainees, students and university graduates in one of the international companies.
